Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

You can select Home Delivery or Guaranteed Next Day Delivery at the checkout. We do our utmost to post out orders on the day they are received, on rare occasions this may not be possible and they will be posted on the next working day.

Orders that are received after 3.30pm they will be posted the next working day.

Please note that orders that are received on Saturday and Sunday will be posted on Monday.

Home Delivery

When you select this option your parcel will be posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

Orders must be received by 3.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday in order to qualify for next day delivery. Orders received after 3.30pm on Thursday (including Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will not be received the next day.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Tracking numbers are available upon request. To receive your tracking number please email hello@fusionmineralpaint.uk and include your order number.

RETURNS

You can return unopened product for a full refund, please note that postage costs are not refunded and the return postage is also at your cost.

Please email hello@fusionmineralpaint.uk to arrange your refund.

Please include your order number in both your email and your return parcel.

We will action your refund upon receipt of your returned product.
